Eligibility Criteria of N F Railway Recruitment

Age Limit: 

(a) As of January 1, 2024, the minimum age is 18 and the maximum age is 25. In this recruitment, there will be no exceptions made for age restrictions, either upper or lower.

(a) Matriculation certificate or an equivalent document issued by a recognized body must be produced or attached as proof of age.

Educational Qualification:

(i) Pay Matrix Level 2 or Level 3 according to the 7th Pay Commission passed the 12th (+2 stage) or a comparable exam. Education requirements must come from a board, council, or institution that has government recognition.

(ii) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT or ITI or equivalent; Level 1 of the pay matrix as per the 7th Pay Commission. 

Application Fee: Category-wise application fees are as under.

(i) Only Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred) (with a provision for refunding Rs. 400 to candidates actually present in the trial) for all candidates, excluding those listed in sub-paragraph (ii). Only an IPO made payable to PFA/NF Railway and endorsed in favor of Maligaon Post Office, Guwahati, 781011 should be used. Candidates are required to include their entire name and address in the IPO.

(ii) Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) only for candidates who belong to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen, Women, Minorities, and Economically Backward Classes, with a provision for refunding the same to those who actually present in the trial.

How to Apply for N F Railway Recruitment ?

# Applicants who meet the requirements should submit their applications in the format outlined in Annexure-A in their own handwriting on two recent passport-size photos (taken within the past two months) that are duly self-attested and free of any facial hair, hats, or colored lenses. The candidate must properly complete and sign the application in his or her own handwriting.

# Applications must be submitted in person at the application drop box in the Recruitment Section of the Office of the Pr. Chief Personnel Officer, NF Railway HQ, Maligaon, Guwahati (Assam)-781011 or by regular mail to the following address by October 23, 2023.
